My first service with this company was today, I spoke with the tech to show him property lines and review my lawn concerns, and he went on to provide granular service. I was preparing breakfast and by the time I sat to eat the tech was gone. Despite having a full view of my backyard I had only seen him make two passes. I went out to review the coverage and was disappointed to see that 2/3rds of the backyard had not been treated. It appeared most (though not all) of the front yard was treated.
