Management and sales should speak and communicate to the actual person who is doing the work on the client's lawn. I want to cancel immediately. I will not pay for today's service 12-4-2020. coverage missed 1/3 of my property. I have tried to communicate this to every technician that comes out, unsuccessfully. 5 times I have left similar messages with the sales department. 1. Call first and talk to me so that I can make sure of 2. and 3. 2. coverage must be all of my property. 3. I will show where the property line is.
