Refuse to address issues created by them and their faulty equipment.
Very poor service, full of excuses, refuse to address weeds and dead spots caused by malfunctioning equipment on first visit! The applicator told me his equipment was acting up. Will no longer return phone calls. That is why I am leaving this one star review. They are actually deserving of a “0”.
I've read the review posted on this company dated 2024 and wished I'd seen it before dealing with Weedman located in Zionsville, IN. Just as the review stated they did the exact same thing to me. They claimed they came out and wasn't treating my lawn for 2 months prior to me cancelling their service. Once I no longer wanted to do business with them they charged me an additional $58.48 around Aug 20, 2025, this is after they withdrew the payment of $58 on Aug 2.
