This place is the worst. They want to keep upselling you on all these other services. DONT get me started on the amount of times they call you everyday. There is just as many weeds in the lawn as their was when they first started. They missed spots in the yard and when you get the free "retreatments" they either dont get out of the truck other than to put a sign in the yard or they dont even show up. Customer Service and Ownership Lacking: I have called three times with zero follow up. I called in March to complain that the lime treatment was not done well in January of 2023. The reason I make this claim is the back yard was covered in moss. First year this has happened. Neither of my neighbors with adjoining lawns had moss, they used some one else to do the lime treatment. Some who treat my lawn are pretty good, others rush through. The woman from quality control Deanna Freeman is great! Her attitude towards her work is on an entirely different level! I am incredibly happy with the quality of customer service she has provided to me. I look forward to continuing my service with Weed Man.
I spoke with Deana Freeman last week about services with Weedman. She was caring and understanding. She worked hard to find a solution that would work best for my budget. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a company that cares and gets the job done, talk with her.
The worst customer service ever! You will get automated messages instead of person. They claim to arrive at your home and did the service but they didn't any of that. Really bad experience with weedman!!!!
Not commended. Billing policy irregularities. No weed reduction. Took care of weeds myself...
I started weedman 2 years ago. The first year was great. This year absolutely terrible. They did not treat the north side of the property and weed were everywhere. I called the office to express my concerns and they said they would spray every 14 days. The last time they treated my yard was September 3rd and today is the 30th and weeds are still everywhere. I highly recommend not using their services.
I would not recommend Weed Man. I had a very healthy lawn. I noticed in August my lawn started dying turning brown. This happened right after Weed Man sprayed herbicides & broadleaf control on my lawn. I called Weed Man & they immediately stated it was Army Worms. I did the test of applying soap & warm water on the affected areas & no army worms appeared. Tom from Weed Man came out to inspect my lawn & he stated the problem was Army Worms. Do not use Weedman. One day I heard some machines outside. I looked outside and Weedman was doing core aeration which I did not request. We told the people performing the work that we did not request this service. They said it was on their list. I told I do not pay for services not requested. I immediately contacted customer service and informed them not to charge me. They contacted me and said as I had done it in previous years they automatically added it to my service.
