I never write reviews for a business, but this felt warranted. We scheduled a consultation. The day of the consultation we missed it by an hour (our fault) because we didn't join the right Zoom call. We apologized in an immediate follow up email asking if we could re-schedule. Their team agreed to re-schedule, so we did. Then they randomly call us days later saying they're actually cancelling our consultation because we "violated their scheduling policy" for missing the first call. Mistakes happen.
