They don't even deserve 1 star! Please do yourself a huge favor and find someone else. I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before I stepped foot in their office. Mark seemed friendly and disarming during our initial meeting but unfortunate for us, he set us up to work with Aubrey who in our opinion is not qualified to do what she is doing. We used Weech Financial for our 2022 taxes. The communication is terrible, you have to keep contacting them asking for updates and answers to your questions. Sometimes they respond, other times you never hear from them. I can not in good faith recommend them.
it is 2024. I still do not have my 2022 business or personal taxes complete. I have Q4 financials "almost" completed. They haven't responded to our emails, phone calls, messages since June. Now I found out our 2021 personal taxes were never filed? Now it is time to file legal complaints. They are so negligent that I cannot believe they are still licensed. Adam Tolman was our accountant. We reached out to the owners, they never had the courtesy of coming to the phone.
Worst accounting firm and owner EVER! No communication, filed late and was told that since they owed me money It was ok to file late. (Mark Weech had all my paperwork neatly boxed and filed in order eight weeks before April 15th) Then I was fined and asked to pay $3600.00. Contacted Mark Weech, and very little was done, and again no communication. No concern, no communication, and no feelings at ALL!!! Terrible communication. We’ve used them for 3 years and each year the same filing fee gets more expensive but getting them to actually file our taxes becomes harder and harder. I don’t recommend using them at all.
