I booked an in-person estimate for a specific time. I worked my schedule around the appointment and they never showed or even messaged to say they weren't coming. When I finally got a hold of them, there was no apology, just a "we are painting elsewhere, reschedule." He says he sent a video beforehand, but as the screenshot clearly shows, he made no attempt to reach out until after I asked him where they were.
