My entire family has rented from Richard over the years and we have never had one problem. He is always really helpful and quick to respond. Recently my brother decided to rent a unit somewhere else in the area b/c it was a bit cheaper and it has been a complete nightmare.
This guy is a complete jerk. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Please listen to me and do not and I mean do not get a storage unit through him. I know so many people that have had bad experiences with him. I called just to see what his hours were and he hung the phone up on me and then blocked me. He is completely rude in every way possible, unprofessional, has no manners, fails at customer service. He is not to be trusted at all.
