The doctors and nurse practitioners are very nice and easy to talk to. They are very understanding and relatable. My only complaint is NO changing table in the waiting room bathroom. It baffles me that a pediatric office has no changing table.
I rarely leave reviews like this, which makes this even more disappointing to write. Dr. Arakawa has been our children’s doctor for the last 9 years, and he is truly exceptional. Both of my daughters love him. He is intelligent, compassionate, patient, thorough, and has the kind of bedside manner that makes families feel safe and cared for. We have trusted him for nearly a decade and have recommended countless people to this practice because of the incredible care HE provides.
