Dr. Gabrielsen is my favorite provider at this facility. He always spends the time answering questions, and taking great care in treating our children. I love how knowledgeable he is and completely willing to explain everything in detail. Sometimes this makes him late for your appointment, but I am willing to wait for him because I know he will take just as much time and care as we need for our kids. Takes great care of my son! He is a medically complex little boy and they are great with reassuring me about everything and being willing to see him when he needs it!
Dr’s are great. Hate to say this about any place. But some of the staff one in particular cannot do her job for anything! She can be reminded daily, weekly, monthly. Yet she still cannot. She’s actually putting my daughters life at risk. Nothing has changed going on second year there. Won’t be a third..
6+ years of going here with the same insurance. Got charged 100$ for the last well check cause you categorized the visit incorrectly, and refused ro fix it even though my insurance company contacted you multiple times to fix the error. The woman laughed over the phone about how I'm getting charged for your office measuring my child's head circumference when it didn't get measured. I will preface this with, I love wee care. However I only love the Syracuse location. We have been extremely disappointed each time we go to the Layton location. i called to make an appointment today and unfortunaly Dr Hawkes and Dr Silas did not have any availability until Friday. So I figured we could try out the new Roy office. I was extremely unimpressed. The doctor I met with had very poor bedside manner and was extremely arrogant. The staff and medical practitioners are always friendly and helpful. My daughter especially appreciated tve ice cream cone from Chik-fil-A after getting her kindergarten check up and vaccinations.
Their nurses and doctors are amazing! Took the time to explain everything that was going on. Why they were getting certain shots, and listened to all my concerns and never rushed me. I never spend even a full hour here from waiting to being seen. I love them!!
