I'm going to start out saying Dr. Grist is absolutely wonderful and was always great with my Kids! But the staff is another story. I arrived at for my son's appointment and he really needed his diaper changed. I couldn't get a hold of anyone to be taken to the bathrooms. So I decided to change him there so he wouldn't get a rash. A gentleman came out bashing me for changing his diaper! I was so caught off guard.
