This office is very unorganized and doesn’t seem to value others time. Appointments are not handled efficiently, and there’s often a long wait with no explanation. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. I hope they work on improving their scheduling and communication. I appreciate the efforts the office made to accommodate me during this recent visit, but I’ve had consistent issues with wait times at every single appointment I’ve had here. I've had 2 visits here with my newborn daughter. The front desk knows who we are as soon as we say we had an appointment, which I've found not many actually keep track of. The nurses are always very kind, and the doctor we meet with is very professional and helpful not just to my daughter but to me and my husband as first-time parents. The only thing I have to complain about is how small the lobby is, but that's just because I'm very anxious about my baby getting sick, nothing to do with the actual staff or environment. All staff have been so helpful, I haven’t had long by wait times ever. They made our families transition to America so much easier and relieved a lot of stress for us as immigrants who had not navigated the USA healthcare system before.
Im so lucky to have found this office! The MAs are fantastic with all 3 of my children ages 15, 8, and 7..They always seem to see my children same day if they are sick or need immediate care!. I am highly impressed with the attention and medical attention have recive here... The doctor is very knowledgeable and asks alot of questions for the assessment, anytime I have came here they are always efficient, friendly, and through. The doctor dosent seem rushed and respects my opinion as well he dosent push medication or pressure... read more
The new doctor here is awesome he figured out things that I wasn't being told by the previous doctors and he really knows what he's talking about I would recommend him to anybody
