I adore this location and have been visiting it for many years. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Ahilyn, one of the MAs, was really kind and helpful during my eye exam. And I've just met one of the new doctors. Dr. Katie is one of the most welcome and joyous person I've met; she was so pleasant and genuine.
This office is very unorganized and doesn’t seem to value others time. Appointments are not handled efficiently, and there’s often a long wait with no explanation. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. I hope they work on improving their scheduling and communication. I appreciate the efforts the office made to accommodate me during this recent visit, but I’ve had consistent issues with wait times at every single appointment I’ve had here.
