Will not go back. Took kids in for a well visit, covered by insurance, last October, and just now, 6 months later, I receive a bill. Because it was a well visit, I shouldn't have had any amount owed. Call to find out that because my 10-year-old asked the doctor about her warts, they are now charging me. They told me they could send a referral, but had I known they would charge me for that, I wouldn't have done it. The lack of transparency in the medical world is shocking and unethical. I just had the most uncomfortable doctor's appointment experience for my 1 month old. I really wanted to love this place and I really loved the doctor Katie. Today, I had a new doctor who was older and after that, I will not be coming back. To start off, I was already a little bit indecisive in staying because I kept getting multiple calls from this office that were wrong phone calls.
