I wish I could give them a 10 star rating! From the moment I walked in, the whole experience was incredible. The theme of the clinic its self is so cute; the secretary was kind, the medical assistant was careful to detail and the provider was so knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns. She asked really helpful questions and showed she was really interested in understanding how to best help my baby boy 🩵 I would recommend this place to everyone !!
Place is sticky , dirty and very run down. Also old and outdated. Used this location as a last resort next to a hospital.
I brought my 9 month old grandson in for our 1st visit. He was running a fever and pulling his ear so I suspected an ear infection. We were greeted by the very friendly Front Desk member, taken back in just a few minutes and seen by the nurse practitioner within 15 minutes of being placed in the exam room. She was very gentle, kind and thorough. She had a student with her who also examined him. He was diagnosed with a double ear infection. I was given instructions on how to care for him.
