The male dentist in here is terrible .. he doesn't listen and treats you for things not needed like fillings when teeth need to be pulled .. I assume so he get you to come back to pay multiple pays for treatments not needed 🤔
I went last march to have some fillings done and I came out drenched with the spray that was used to clean the mouth after treatment. How she didn't notice. I had no problem with Dr Chin or the receptionist. He was very professional but it put me off going again. The reason I give four stars is simply for my treatment off the dentist..
I visited today to have a crown refitted and a few filings. The service from start to finish was fantastic The reception staff are really friendly and helpful. The Dentist put me at ease from the start and informed me what was happening all the way through. I had a fantastic experience today and would recommend to anyone. It's a shame that more people don't leave positive feedback as this is very much deserved.
I do not recommend this dental practice my partner, he had his appointment cancelled 3 time because “the dentist doesn’t work that day”. Also when he phoned up to ask why it had been cancelled the receptionist rude to him. The gap between each appointment was ridiculous almost 3 months. We are not happy with this service.
