The service is always great. Does not take a long time to take care of my request given to the office.
I have lived here for 5 years and I love it. Laura is a very good manager and has gone and beyond. I have made lots of friends. There’s always someone to visit with in the community room.
I have lived here for 8 years and I feel like Laura is the best manager we have had. She has taken abuse from many residents and has not lost her smile and has always responded fairly. It's not easy to manage a building full of seniors. A lot of us are nice people but some are not. I know we are not easy to be around.
