Wedgwood Hair Studio is under new ownership this last review was posted before the salon was taken over by a new owner in may of 2009. try them again. thngs are totally different.. the customers are now treated the way you want to be treated. they are on time, friendly and extremely competent

a bad Seinfeld episode for a new customer If you remember when Jerry had trouble at the car rental counter... They know how to MAKE an appointment, but not how to KEEP an appointment. My regular barber was on vacation so I thought I would give them a try. I made an appointment for 5:30, showed up at 5:25 and was told to sit in the waiting area. I waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and after 30 minutes I left. Not a word was said to me the whole time I was waiting. Most places will at least warn you... read more

Stylish neighborhood hair place in Wedgwood I've gotten my hair cut and foiled at John Paul Monirs for a couple of years. Paul, the owner, is my stylist, and he does a great job. He's great to talk with, too, and is very cordial and welcoming. He's your buddy after a while. This is a good alternative to downtown salons.

New Ownership is Great!!! I was told the whole story by my stylist, whom I adore! She does such a great job on my hair. I've used her for 15 years or more even before the Wedgwood studio. I met her at Monir's and followed her at various other salons and she's been back for quite some time. She told me the whole story about the previous owners. They were rude, all the employees were totally freaked out by that and felt like quitting, but they hung in there and it paid off. She mentioned how the old owners would treat the cust... read more

Easily the best cut and shave I've ever gotten. The ladies here were awesome. Keep the world class cuts coming girls! Edit: teeder is so fun to talk to and is full of awesome stories.
