I took my 3 1/2-year-old daughter here for a cleaning and it went very well. She actually laughed and had fun the whole time. Everyone on staff was great with children and made the visit enjoyable.
I am cured of my dentist phobia! This office is truly wonderful. I feel lucky to be a patient here. They are extremely thorough, yet patient, gentle and friendly. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is apprehensive about seeing the dentist.
My appointment was on time, efficient, and thorough. My hygienist examined carefully, gave my feedback on my progress, and did a thorough job of cleaning and instructing me on further steps. My mouth always feels healthier after a visit.
So, I showed up, the first time, to learn that the practice had just been purchased by the ( then ) new owner, Dr. Shackelton. This was years ago, at the former location and I quizzed the new kid so as to decided whether to "sign on." Been with Doc ever since. She is a Marquette dental school grad, has great patient skills, projects professionalism and maintains a consistent, high level of patient care. The staff was amazing and what a great neighborhood dentist office. Was worried to change to a new dentist, but I'm glad I did.
Very knowledgeable and thoughtful staff, and Dr Shackleton really listens. Night and day compared to my last dentist experience!!!
