Worst property management ever!
Wedgewoods is arguably the best condominium complex in all of Calgary. Building 10 does have a nice view of the forest from the south facing units, but the north facing units look at the busy parking lot. Of the 3 wedgewood buildings, building 10 is the worst quality build and is the only one that is wood framed, so it's noisy. Spend the extra $ and buy building 30 if you can.
Stay away from this place. Horrible place to live, because this place prevents to have basic human necessities like sleep and relaxation. I hope my review will inspire more people to express opinion about this Wedgewoods community. I won't live there even for free, let alone buy. BTW, "Hidden Gem" applied to this community is laughable. Problem with realtors that they lie to sell and can't test drive houses/condos.
