I am only commenting because I hope the government administration responsible for this housing follows the comments and cases that people submit. The staff in the office do not do their jobs and treat people with arrogance and racism. There are insects and many issues in the apartments that need to be fixed. Every time we request maintenance, they schedule an appointment and then do not show up. They keep rescheduling, and in the end no one comes. Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally complain about severe and ongoing noise disturbances coming from the apartment directly above ours. For the third consecutive night, there has been excessive loud noise and repeated heavy banging on the floor late at night, well past quiet hours. The noise is not occasional or accidental. She is a very kind and respectful woman. A really good person with excellent manners and behavior. We recently signed a contract with her, and for now we are living in the house. We are very happy and satisfied. She is very caring and always pays attention to everything. We truly appreciate her kindness and support and are very grateful to her.

The new office staff is so freakin rude and clueless. My downstairs toilet has been broken for 3 months and I literally been calling every week and whoever picks up the phone is so rude. The people don’t know anything , they have temp agency people working it’s terrible. Pratum is the new management company and it’s so horrible. I will be contacting Fairfax county housing about this.
