I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing maintenance issues and poor customer service at this apartment community. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring problem rather than an isolated incident. My parent's experienced ongoing maintenance issues, including a leak that went unfixed for over a week despite multiple maintenance requests. My apartment has been without properly functioning AC for almost two months, and management has completely failed to resolve the issue. I repeatedly reported the problem and was told that maintenance came to my apartment but left because no one answered the door.
