Lived here for a while and love it! The Maitenence men, Bill and James, always do a great job!
Management was great when I moved in, but now it's absolutely abysmal. I just moved out on the 31st, and they are trying to charge me $1,400 for damages, when I have pictures proving that all the damages they're trying to list were there the day I moved in, as well as numerous maintenance claims proving that they continued to be a problem and were never fixed. I don't live here but my boyfriend do and it's just really discussed how he complained about his closet about his tub and nobody is doing anything about it in this complex !!! He had put in a ticket To get things done and still no progress and he's been here for about 3 years!!!
