Zero stars. Never answer phone calls even in emergencies. Terrible customer service, terrible apartment management. Unsafe, and unsanitary. Don't live here. Awful people working here. It's the devil's work. 👿
If you’re considering moving here, don’t. This complex is completely mismanaged and maintenance is practically nonexistent. I currently have half a dozen open work orders that have been sitting for months with no progress. Whenever I ask for updates, all I hear are excuses like “we have 300 units and only one maintenance worker” — as if that should be acceptable to residents. I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a while, and unfortunately, my experience has taken a sharp downturn due to ongoing issues with a unit above mine. The previous tenants vacated over a month ago, and the unit has been left in a horrendous condition. Despite my repeated requests to management, the mess has not been cleaned, and it’s quickly becoming a health hazard. Zero stars! It’s been almost a month practically waiting for 3 more days to complete a full month with out the hot water tank! You get told someone would stop by to replace it but no one stops by. Called corporate and still no answers but they want to charge me for water that wasn’t use this whole time I had no water !
