For almost two years I was charged over $250 each month for water. The last 3 months it has been reasonable due to the law suit. The grounds are unkept and out outside lights usually aren’t working. My grandson got stitches from tripping the curb in the dark outside.
*Update: while repairs have still been getting done, the streetlights have been now been out for almost a month. This week, all the outside lights on the units have gone out. No one is answering the phones at the office. This is dangerous, and the new management is not doing their part to uphold the changes made by the last I'm giving an optimistic 4 stars for now. I am very disappointed with this condominium. Maintenance came to my apartment saying that there was a leak in my neighbor's. So I wasn't home and they came into my apartment with dirty sneakers and got my floor dirty and also broke my entire closet inside, leaving a leak and ending up ruining my things that were inside it. So they haven't come back yet to fix the closet and they moved my things and didn't return them to their place. Close family lives here and I can’t explain the second hand embarrassment and overwhelming hatred I have towards this apparment complex. They are STRIGHT slumlords. Something breaks? Have fun contacting them they aren’t going to answer you. Common sense and customer service? Absolutely atrocious. If this place is an option to live comfortably with kids, pets or even just individually, I’d suggest rethinking.
These ladies are amazing very helpful and understanding. The move in process was quick and easy when it come to repairs management and maintenance gets right to it thank you Nicole, Carolina, and Clair for making me feel right at home and taking care of me.
