HOA board on the take, they use the community center for a business. Renting it out and spend nothing for the community. They enforce no HOA rules. Money seems to disappear from the HOA funds.
Super spacious, parking a bit tight but if you accommodate the cars in lines it's wonderful!!! Super gorgeous place for events
