Lisa and Carrie are the best!!!
Renter beware. They are new wave slumlords. Every property I saw of theirs was of low quality, yet they have the second highest price per square foot in the market. Every other property I saw in Temple was of better quality. Literally every other. Friendly sales people, ready to stab you in the back. Edit: A direct conversation? Your team tried to gaslight me into thinking my concerns were invalid. Everyone these days knows when you use flowery language like that, you're hiding the truth.
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a responsible property management company. They improperly rekeyed our locks which resulted in my wife and I being locked out of our home on the same day we moved in. We had no choice but to call a locksmith around midnight, who told us that the smart locks were improperly rekeyed. I lived in a home managed by Wedgewood Properties for several years. The house was very nice and the location was great. There were a couple times that I needed for the air conditioner to be serviced and their was a worker there in under an hour to work on the unit. Typically, property management companies are difficult to deal with when something needs repaired or when moving out of the property. Wedgewood made both of those situations so easy.
