For years and years I have experienced the fear of going to have any dental procedures done. I found myself passing this fear onto my kids, UNTIL I found Dr. Wang. Their staff is gentle and they are seriously concerned about maintaining the fear with any dental procedures. I am very self conscious about my my dental issues, Dr Wang made me feel very comftorble and not so embarrassed about the work I needed done. He makes sure it is a pain free and the most pleasant experience under the circumstances. I brought my daughters for the first time visit. The doctor is young and "hip" and the girls felt comfortable with her. Furthermore, the staff did not trying to sell me products they are promoting. I am happy to take the girls back for cleaning.
The staff was so helpful from the beginning to end. They are now my family dentist. Thanks SO MUCH!!
As I approached the front desk of SMILES... the receptionist greeted me with a Smile. When I was called to go to the back for my procedure the hygienist treated me with a Smile and very knowledgeable, and explained to me what she was doing and getting ready to do. I felt like I could really trust Dr. Wang which I feel is not typically a usual scenerio! Yesenia was very nice and was always making sure I was comfortable! The hygienist was also nice! I felt I didn't wait at all, the whole visit went quick and smooth! I will be going to Dr. Wang again!
Recently switching from another office. Nice staff, keep you well informed. Drs are very nice. I'm glad I switched.
