They have rights violations left and right to the most vulnerable people ada should look in to all the buildings ran by that's how they left the disabled and seniors for Christmas week
Last July 2023, I Was going to move Wedgewood in Kirkville, Paid Deposit and First Month never looked at the apartment till the day of move in , furniture and belongings already packed on moving truck by movers, I do the walk through with Property Manager Adam Krabel, The Apartment wasn't clean, the bathroom was complete Squalor!! Been here almost 10 year's not a bad place if you can get past all the rules!! But it makes it a better and safer place I guess!!
I live here. It's in a decent location, outside stays pretty clean, and kept up. However, the Office Manager and Maintenance seem to never be here and the inside of the buildings smell very odd. When typing in the address into a navigational system, it takes you to a different location; can't figure out why.
