I’ve lived here since July 2022. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live in Carbondale. I moved in alone (with my dog). Eventually, I got engaged and married—my wife and I (and our two dogs) love this place: plenty of room, two floors, 1 1/2 bath, bedroom and office. Awesome wooded area behind Wedgewood with paths perfect for walking dog or taking a hike
I lived here while in law school. Loretta was absolutely amazing. Very attentive, cared about me and made me feel welcome the entire time I was here. I never had issues with management. David was the absolute sweetest. He addressed all of my maintenance issues timely, he took all of my concerns seriously and helped me in whatever way he could. I would highly recommend living here, as both Loretta and David treat you as family.
I do not live here so I cannot speak for the apartment itself. HOWEVER, I want to give praise to Momma Cooley for calling me personally to let me know how to get on the waitlist and following up on availability thereafter. She’s a great communicator, super responsive, and hands-on with tenant operations (a GREAT quality to have in a landlord). I had a pleasant experience working with her. 🩵
