This HOA just extorted my parents, who are retirees on a fixed income, out of $200 cash this morning because my mom's car inspection was due in October... 5 days ago. No warning was given. Previously they put a sticker on cars and even then, those were cars way past due. Not 5 days past due. And of course on a Sunday when she cant even go get the inspection done.
