Last July 2023, I Was going to move Wedgewood in Kirkville, Paid Deposit and First Month never looked at the apartment till the day of move in , furniture and belongings already packed on moving truck by movers, I do the walk through with Property Manager Adam Krabel, The Apartment wasn't clean, the bathroom was complete Squalor!! Place is a dump! Has been for years. Door to apartment flies open when windy, poor maintenance, very old windows and urilities high!! Apartment kept getting Bees and ladybugs in the apt. Loose rails and steps. Hazardous environment.
