I am still waiting for my building entry key as depicted clearly in my lease, almost full 2 weeks now. The manager, Kristi, has only offered to amend my lease to cover her mistake. Trouble is, why should an apartment manager be given a 3rd chance to get a legal document she drafted and signed correct. Only response is I am at fault for not getting what was clear in my lease.
