My complaints all revolve around the property manager. She is an extremely unpleasant person. Residents of this complex are elderly and or disabled. Many are unhappy and are forced to live on edge. She yells at residents and regulates who some can and cannot have as visitors and even shows favoritism. Many residents have been unfairly treated by her on several occasions and are afraid to speak up because she uses intimidation. Lady that works front leasing offfice has the worse attitude ever! NEVER greets you properly. Always has a miserable face. Makes you feel very unwelcomed. If she hates her job she should find another. Someone else out there needs a job & would probably treat customers nicer! Horrible customer service. I have friends that live there and FEAR dealing with her. Thats SAD!!!
If I could give this place a zero, I would. The stove turns off while cooking. The refrigerator freezes your food. The air conditioners only work right a few minutes a day. The hot water heater is the only appliance that works decently. Mold and mildew. Cheap flooring rises up like bread dough. Bad management. Bad maintenance. Mentally ill residents.
