I don’t live here but however I was walking by this establishment and a tenant dog attacked mines three months ago me and my wife left voicemail and no one responded today I talk to property manager and she dismiss the fact of the incident
I love living at West Point Apartments I have a beautiful apartment I just wish they would stop the weed smoking in the bill game it's supposed to be a non-smoking building but they do it anyways in their Apartments
The apartments are wonderful. Wedgepoint is listed as a Non-Smoking building but unfortunately tenants still smoke in their apartments. I love my apartment, I only wish the no smoking on the lease and the federal guidelines could be inforced . It is sad that a few individuals have no respect for themselves or others. All in all for a property that accepts Section 8 it is one of the best. Great location and nice apartments. Maintenance quick to fix any problems but due to poor building materials there are frequent problems.
Place is going down hill due to management. Management is incompetent and the work ethic is unprofessional. Property management, is rude , unprofessional, never on time, does not leave a note on the door when out of office. Changed hours without notice. Can not make it's mind what hours are available. Property management is a bit threatening, does not allow a person to speak. Pathstone has a bad record of hired property managers that are reliable. Our new Building Manager Shanessa Sousa is very good at her job unlike previous management. I love my apartment I only wish the no smoking on the lease and federal guidelines could be inforced . It is unfortunate that a few individuals have no respect for themselves, others, rules or where they live. This could be such a nice property.
