My daughter went in and picked out one dress that she wanted to try on, tried on the dress and decided that was the ONE. The store owed me a credit in the amount of $160.00 which I wanted to use as her down payment but was told I would have to speak with the owner before that could be done. We were also told that until a payment was made nothing could be written up or put in the system til I spoke to the owner. I had a friend who got her wedding dress here and it was a complete disaster. She is now stuck with a wedding dress she DIDN’T WANT and she paid MORE for the wrong dress. They did not try to fix this mistake at all.
