Zero stars!!! “Very disappointing experience. After a minor, low-speed bump (around 5 mph auto incident), an injury claim was filed nearly two months later, which I found highly questionable given the nature of the incident. (Not even a scratch on either vehicle) This raised serious concerns for me about integrity and transparency.
