Hands down the worst treatment I've had at any bridal shop in the Houston area. Sad because they have a great selection of gowns and I fell in love with one there but refused to give them my money because I didn't want to deal with their terrible customer service. If you were looking to spend several thousand dollars on a gown you would think they'd treat you better.
