we had a very hard time with our bridesmaid dress experience. The consultant didn’t seem interested in helping us. Flat out told us we didn’t know what we wanted when everyone had told her what they wanted. Then proceeded to show us dresses that weren’t in the color that the bride had chosen. We had an appointment, and got in on time, but when it was time to ring is all up, they were horribly slow with only 2 computers up front and several wedding parties waiting. They sneakily had the bride sign a contract by having her fill out her wedding party's info. Then wanted to have the bride pay for all the bridesmaids dresses, and have all the dresses shipped to her house. RecommendedAside from the lowest prices out there (I paid $70 less than a price I saw in a department store), the customer service is not to be rivaled. Maddi was knowledgeable, patient, and an all-around pleasure. I can not recommend them enough!
