They incorrectly ordered two out of six of my bridesmaids dresses. They were able to reorder one of them on time because she was not given the extra length that she paid for, but one of the dresses was ordered with no extra length but they put extra length on it so my bridesmaid had to pay for alterations that she didn't need. I emailed the shoppe over a month ago and nobody ever reached back out to me about refunding my bridesmaid. Disappointed in the lack of communication and service we've received.
Terrible experience, had me in tears. My consultant brought me dresses that were $1,000 + over my budget that I told her. She was not listening to what I was explaining to her in what I was looking for. Refused to bring me dresses, didn’t help me into a single dress, yet spent my whole entire appointment across the way bringing many dresses to another bride. RecommendedEliza was AMAZING! She was so patient with my indecisive self, and brought dresses for me to try on I never thought I’d love. She also kept everything within price range or pretty close. I fell in love with my dress the second I tried it on. 10/10 would recommend this shop as well as her!

Lois made my experience one to remember. She made sure to pull ones in my budget and style but also helped me think outside the box by pulling some I would have never dreamed of. Great experience at the Wedding Shoppe. I had a 9am apt last Saturday with Sophie as my consultant. I had no idea what I wanted. Sophie brought me different styles to try on until I narrowed in on what I liked. She was patient and great to work with. She was never pushy, provided valuable insight and was respectful of my budget. Highly recommend the Wedding Shoppe (and Sophie).
