we had a very hard time with our bridesmaid dress experience. The consultant didn’t seem interested in helping us. Flat out told us we didn’t know what we wanted when everyone had told her what they wanted. Then proceeded to show us dresses that weren’t in the color that the bride had chosen. We had an appointment, and got in on time, but when it was time to ring is all up, they were horribly slow with only 2 computers up front and several wedding parties waiting. They sneakily had the bride sign a contract by having her fill out her wedding party's info. Then wanted to have the bride pay for all the bridesmaids dresses, and have all the dresses shipped to her house. We were told shipping would be free, but then when they rang us up, they said that because the bride signed a contract that they were going to charg... read more

They got us right in for our appointment on time, our bridal consultant was so knowledgeable and brought in exactly what my future sister in law was looking for. Wonderful dresses at great prices. Aside from the lowest prices out there (I paid $70 less than a price I saw in a department store), the customer service is not to be rivaled. Maddi was knowledgeable, patient, and an all-around pleasure. I can not recommend them enough!
Wonderful time love u get a whole room to yourself and the bride dressed right the but a curtain separated until she was ready.
Went for a day trip with my bridesmaids and all were able to try the dresses they had been eyeing up online and many many more! We were able to leave the store with all of their dresses picked out for the big day!! Cannot wait! Rachel was patient and attentive with our loud and vocal group! She even pulled all of the colors that are being used so we could see them next to one another instead of with the small swatches I was sent! They’re amazing!!
