Never Again I left my necklace to be fixed and when I picked it up, it was missing 2 pearls. The lady who works there stated she didn't remember any pieces being missing when I dropped it off. The owner denied losing or misplacing the pearls. Even if the necklace were missing pearls, why wouldn't they have called me to offer to fix it with replacement pearls? Rip off I should have listened to MANY MANY people in the area when they said "don't shop there, they are dishonest and will not give you a fare trade" but I didn't. I feel like I got totally ripped off. I will never recommend them to anyone.
Helpful folks and beautful designs! My first experience with the Wedding Ring and Gold Gallery was 14 years ago when they were located at Broadway and Gilbert. They helped me design my wedding ring and set it exactly like I wanted it. They have now moved to Val Vista and Baseline area and the service is still wonderful and the staff very helpful.
