I felt like family the moment I walked in to the day I brought my dress in to be cleaned and preserved. I would recommend Wedding Elegance over any other bridal shop =)

Would never go to them again, I ordered my dresses 6 months ago and they told me that would be the longest it could possibly take and now it is going to be 8 months or longer. They aren't even willing to make this right. Terrible terrible customer service once purchasing dresses.
Very disapointed with the knowledge of the staff when it comes to the products they sell. The experience was less to be desired and ended up just being extra stress that was unnecessary in the months leading up to my friends wedding.
Not exceptional customer service, at least as of yet. I've been in 4 times and haven't really been impressed with the help and I am extremely disappointed in the help my bridesmaid hasn't received.
AMAZING place!! I would recommend this place to anybody! I had a great experience wedding dress shopping. It was everything I ever thought of and than some! Great help!! :) Go here first!!! ;)
