Excellent price and quality.
My daughter and I had the best experience. Bonnie was great! My daughter found her dress and it looked amazing.
Bonnie was amazing- very helpful and kind. I bought my dress and veil for $295, never used!!! This is the place to go if you want something high quality and don’t want to spend thousands on a dress that is the same quality- don’t fall for the bridal stores!
Terrible customer service and communication skills. Inquiring about looking at dresses and trying to find a potential dress and instead was met with aggressive interrogation over the phone and criticism about our wedding dress search. Assumed we were not serious buyers solely based on the fact we did not have a Temecula address. Was referred by a family member to give this place a shot, and will not be receiving any of our business. Maybe Bonnie should go back to school to understand communication skills.
My bestie and I had a wonderful experience here! She has so many beautiful dresses to look at and she is so reasonably priced as well! Don't miss out on this little gem!
