The Dr is great but it's always a problem since the new receptionist started there. She told me to bounce( in black terms that means to leave). Now that I went against i was told my Medicare doesn't work, I just used it yesterday. So she asked for copay which I don't have to pay because of my insurance. So now I miss another appointment and I don't know if I have to go to another dr cause I take time off to go to my appointments to get turned down. I made two different appointments to see Dr Rahman and each time I was waiting over a hour for her so I ended up leaving because no one explained that she had an emergency or something. I was just left in a freezing room each time. I will not be returning to be sitting in a cold room for over a hour and not seeing the doctor. No thanks!
