Trying to get a hold of anyone has been frustrating, I have had numerous issues with this management company. As a realtor I have a deal about to die because of the status certificate missing documents and nobody has been getting back to me. I also own a unit within the building which also creates frustration. I would love a new company to take over.

Horrible lazy property management for 5 Sidney lane. Stairwell has been half painted for almost 2 years. Don’t know why that’s so difficult to paint. Trees outside the building are all infested and look like something out of Chernobyl. Garbage all behind the garbage room from kids who don’t live at the building smoking dope behind it. God forbid you try to get another parking spot closer to the building and they give you some run around how the spots are assigned to the units when they’ve switched spots for elderly people.
