Terrible company. After hours number is a complete joke. Day 3 of no water in a condo building. Completely unacceptable. We pay way too much money to have to deal with this.
Trying to get a hold of anyone has been frustrating, I have had numerous issues with this management company. As a realtor I have a deal about to die because of the status certificate missing documents and nobody has been getting back to me. I also own a unit within the building which also creates frustration. I would love a new company to take over.
