This Company is horrible, from not so well in speaking English. Orders not filled to no delivery. .also they lie. Sad that Charleston has this place for tanks and other supplies..
I was having a problem with my concentrator and I went down and I spoke with Jessica in the office. Jessica gave me immediate attention to my problem and within 2 hours Michael was at my home with a new concentrator. Jessica is always so good to help with anything that I need and she does not stop until it is complete
I have been getting my medical supplies from here for many years. I have seen several changes with the staff and in the past I have had some issues with getting things handled. They have a new lady in the office Jessica she helps me with every issue that I have had. I always get immediate attention to things that I need. I have to say she has been the best office personnel that I have worked with since I have been with the We Care Medical.

Almost impossible to reach someone live. I need a mask fitting done and no one answers the phone!! My current mask bruises the back of my neck!!
