I have been getting my medical supplies from here for many years. I have seen several changes with the staff and in the past I have had some issues with getting things handled. They have a new lady in the office now and I'm not really sure what her name is but she helps me with every issue that I have had. I always get immediate attention to things that I need. I have to say she has been the best office personnel that I have worked with since I have been with the We Care Medical.
The Rehab department has bit returned any phone calls Since July 3rd and I am trying figure out what the deal is with my powerchair
Im giving this a three because the people at the Charleston office are wonderful, however the shipping folks aren't. It looks like nothing was updated in the system and they sent stuff for the recalled dream station. I called, woman had an attitude about the entire thing and tried to put the blame on me for why nothing was updated. I have a reamed Air sense 11 now. I no longer have the dream station. Service with this company is horrible! Everytime we are to get supplies from them it's always an excuse as to why we don't get what we need or it has to be ordered !
We have been discharged from hospital and sitting and waiting for you to bring oxygen to the hospital so we can leave. We have been waiting for over 5 hours. This is TERRIBLE service
