I contacted them by phone to confirm that they do accept Medicare. I was informed that they do. Next, I was contacted to submit proof of insurance. Then, I was forwarded new patient forms to complete online. After complying with all of that, I was phoned to schedule an appointment. That's when I was told that THEY PROVIDE TELEHEALTH SERVICES ONLY. I should have been told that from the onset, BEFORE I furnished them with ALL of my personal information.
