I had gotten several other quotes and reviewed comparable prices. The Branch Manager, Sherri, who processed my car was competent and professional.

Excellent encounter with Brendon S**** Allentown, PA office Brendon S****, the company rep, is the biggest reason for my high review. He was thoroughly professional, explaining every step as we went. He was reasonable, concise and all-around a pleasure. The company was more than fair in its valuation of our vehicle, of course, we are pragmatic people. The agreement was arrived at amicably. I would do business here again if the need ever arose.

On March 19, 2020, we sold our car to Steven A******* at the Cary, NC office. We were very pleased with his offer for our car and Steven himself made the whole process a complete pleasure. He made the offer and then explained each step in the process of the transfer and less than an hour later, we walked out with a check for our car.
