Very smooth process. I was surprised not being a "conventional" auto dealer. We received our estimate off the website when we arrived Albert met us walked us through the process and in the span of an hour everything was complete.

We had a great experience with Patrick at the Jefferson Hills location. Very friendly and professional. We were in and out in about an hour. The offer was upfront and reasonable. I have sold 2 cars now at WBAC and will certainly do business with them again.
I was very pleased with the WBAY service. We managed to do the paperwork in ~ 30 minutes. The office manager was very friendly and professional. I was slightly disappointed that the final price was quite a bit below the price indication. This was explained to be caused by a very minor accident which the car was involved in a few years ago. A more customer-friendly way would have been to update the quote after WBAY obtained the VIN.
