The representative who assisted us (Patrick Sykes) was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the process to us each step of the way. He made an offer for our car we found very fair; and it took less than an hour to complete the entire transaction. It was a very simple process I felt like they were completely upfront and in a half an hour or less we walked out of there with a check and didn’t have to figure out what to do with our used car.
