Scott Rooney, Manager of the Ohio Pike location in Cincinnati, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. The entire process took about an hour and was actually a pleasant experience. I went in with a realistic idea of what our car was worth and were extremely pleased with what I felt was a very fair offer.
