I was very pleased with the WBAY service. We managed to do the paperwork in ~ 30 minutes. The office manager was very friendly and professional. I was slightly disappointed that the final price was quite a bit below the price indication. This was explained to be caused by a very minor accident which the car was involved in a few years ago. A more customer-friendly way would have been to update the quote after WBAY obtained the VIN.
My experience with Dylan in Cherry Hill was great. The business of selling a vehicle was quick and painless. The estimate was fair and the service exemplary.

Matthew geiger at the bala cynwyd location was great! He definitely made selling our car easy and fast. All COVID regulations were upheld and we felt safe in the office. He was very helpful and answered any and all questions we had without pressure and honestly. We will definitely search for him if we ever decide to sell another car.
