I would like to rate it as 4.5 stars. Steve D******* was very courteous and conducted the negotiation in a professional manner. Their process is very efficient and not too time consuming. The 1/2 star ding is because I felt they could have done more to resolve some of the technical issues that cropped up, and I might have received more moo.

Offer was reduced from original. But they came up a smidgen when I told them I wanted more than the second offer that was presented. It overall is an easy way to sell a car.
Bernard was extremely professional and probably the best I’ve ever dealt with on a customer service level. I would absolutely recommend anyone thinking of selling their vehicle to go to this location and ask for Bernard!

It is impossible to be removed from their mailing list. The unsubscribe page goes to a 404. I do not want emails from this company! (I'd like to give it less than 1 star!!)
